It should be:
These reports were completed yesterday.

It should be "These reports HAVE been constructed yesterday." You use has when it's only one report, and have (plural) when it's more than one.

very simple, it is "These reports were completed yesterday".

and if u cant do without the beens and haves, the right way is, "i have been to the museum" , " she has been to the museum".

The difference is you use, has when the subject is singular (like he, she, john, shazia, report, etc) and have is used when the subject is plural(like they, reports,john and mary, friends, etc)
