I dont want to be rude...i wanted us to remain friends and now we are, but she just started dating this new guy in the past couple of months and it seems like everytime we hang out, it is always he did this....he said that....
It has gotten so freakin old, but I dont want to be a bad sport and rain on her parade. Now she wants me and my new gf to double date with her and this guy that she is DYING for me to meet....does this not seem weird to anyone else?
How do I make her stop all of her annoying "sharing" without saying anything that makes it sound like I am unable to handle her finding someone new? I can handle it just fine...her dating someone else gets her out of my hair and lifts a weight off of me, but she is annoying the crap out of me talking about Mr. Wonderful all of the time.

To be honest, i really think u still feel something 4 her! Becoz why is this bothering u so much? It can't be very easy 4 u, ever tried telling her this? Not neccesary to be rude, just be honest. She'll soon see that's she is not making u jealous! Jus' hang on to ur current girlfriend and show her what an amazing time ur having!! Have a blast! Stop worrying about her, she's definitely not worth it!

I had a friend who's boyfriend Robbie was always being talked about. If you said, "I like rocky road ice cream." She'd say " Robbie likes ice cream!" Seriously. Our friendship faded because she never made time to spend with her girlfriends and was completely consumed with this guy.
He ended up dumping her after a year b/c she wasn't a whole person and she expected her old friends that she talked crap to and ignored to be there to pick up the pieces of her broken relationship and was mad when we didn't.
Friendship is a two way street, like all relationships, she took and took, but never offered anything, she wasn't there for any of us when we ended relationships and missed birthdays to hang out with Robbie. I
have a feeling if you tell her to quit she'll get defensive and you probably won't see her as much.

If it bothers you so much, why do you allow it to? Sounds like you have an attachment and can't let go. Move on with your life and let her go her merry way.... she's either trying to rub it in your face or just trying to bend your nose and you allow it.... get a back bone and tell her to piss up a rope..... you weren't happy with her as a gf, and obviously don't care to be a friend so just cut the strings ...

Meet the muh fu**ing guy, you may find things you have in common, its amazing that he's letting her see you, i mean being ex's and all, theres gotta be some passion left for each other, anywho, meet the guy, if u still find him annoying after that then talk about your girl, like comparisons an sh**.

Try and fairly obviously change the subject every time she talks about him. Try to make it obvious without being rude, she should get the message. If this doesn't work you will have to just ask her.
