My feet are very sensitive & hurt easily, especially when I stand for 30 min. or more. I can't possibly perform a job because my feet swell up easily. What can I do? I can't perform daily activities because of my feel hurting so much. The Dr. said my arch is OK, but everyone else says my arch may be dropping.

Maybe you could try get a shoe fitting that comes with the right supports for probably your arch. I have the same problem as you but it's only because i had a corrective surgery. And I'm still trying to come into terms with my foot and adjusting and adapting to my new foot.

Try to hang your leg up for 20 minutes before you doze off.

If you have weight problems, you might want to consider losing it some.

Or maybe try and get youself into a physiotheraphy programme.

Physiotheraphist means PAIN but done the right way.

No harm trying.

good luck.

Sounds like you may have neuropathy. I have it and in my case it is nerve intrapment at the ankles which causes my feet to hurt constantly. I can't walk without it causing a lot of pain.
Have the doctor do a test on you.
Here are what the symptoms are.

Sensory nerve damage can produce tingling, numbness, and pain. Pain associated with sensory nerve damage is variously described as:

* Sensation of wearing an invisible "glove" or "sock"
* Burning, freezing, or electric-like
* Extreme sensitivity to touch
