As a child, I was allergic to cow's milk. I would have trouble breathing when I had cow's milk. Goat's milk was a great alternative. I had no problems with it. However, my son has eczema caused by milk products. Cow's milk and goat's milk both cause him to break out. I tried soy milk and found that he was allergic to that. So, now he lives without milk and does just fine. I guess the only way you can really tell how your body will react to something is to try it.

I am the same, i am lactose intolerant. I have tried Soya milk but it makes my ezcema worse. Being lactose intolerant means you cannot have goats milk or cows milk.
It also means we don't have the enzyme "lactase" in our stomachs which helps digest lactose, and then causes us problems!!
I have now found a new product called "lacto free". It has the enzyme "lactase"in it, which should therefore cause no problems. I have been drinking it now for a couple of weeks and everything seems to be ok.
At the end of the day, It is basically trial and error. Good luck with it and i hope it improves for you.

I much prefer fresh raw goats milk to cows milk. Both goat and cow milk raw fresh from the animal contain ( on average) the same amount of fat, app 3-4% depending on breed. The canned or pasteurized goat milk at the store is horrible and undrinkable. I find cows milk to be more mucousy and much harder on my stomach. I no longer drink any cows milk.

Go the soy milk route, Try vanilla flavor, its good warm in your coffee or just a cold glass. With cereal, however --yuck.
