Milk chocolate is so luscious and creamy, without the oiliness of white chocolate or the bitter tang of dark chocolate.
We milk chocolate freaks are particular about this.

Dark Chocolate for health reasons. Milk Chocolate for taste.

Dark chocolate is the "purest" of all chocolates because it has less milk in it, while white chocolate is more milk than chocolet and milk chocolate well, sits in the middle of the two.
I personally like dark chocolate better but I guess it just depends on what you like, if you like flavorful chocolate you will prefer dark chocolate but if you want something milder milk chocolate is also good.

Personally, I love dark the best. It's slightly sweet. I love it. White chocolate has no chocoate at all. It's mainly cocoa butter and sugar. Milk chocolate has a little cocoa, milk and sugar. Dark chocolate is mainly cocoa with some sugar. Some dark chocolate packages will tell you much cocoa is in the chocolate. I've seen dark chocolate with 85% cocoa, 90% cocoa and on and on. Try all these and see which ones you like. Happy eating!

personally I love dark chocolate. second on the list is white chocolate. Milk chocolate doesnt even make the cut though.

White chocolate is good, and so is milk. I like them both but I don't like dark chocolate much. Its good if its put in something, but by itself I can't eat dark chocolate.

i prefer white chocolate. I just think it tastes better. Then, it would have to be milk and then dark.

i would say it would be what i was making out of the chocolate if its a candy then its not food being prepared so your question would be in the wrong section...i don't think someone would want a white chocolate mousse as it is not bitter...even though it could be done but then you changing the dish totally....if it for cany i like milk
