Did you ever notice the small print at the bottom of the advertisements for those pills?

They all say that the pill, "combined with a proper diet and exercise" will....

Yep, diet and exercise. Guess what? The diet and exercise part is what works and not the pills.

The pills do have stimulants in them, such as caffiene. The caffeine may help some to keep you going, alert, or active but the pills themselves have no proven means of directly helping remove fat from the body.

The only answer to fat is to burn it off and prevent it from returning though controlling your intake.

Think about it. If it sounds to good to be true; it probably is!

It's best to stay away from diet pills. They may work for you short term but that is usally becuse at the same time you are also watching what you eat.

Take away the pill, and still watch what you eat and you'll lose the same amount of weight.

The best program for healthy weight loss is Isagenix. It uses only natural, mostly organic ingredients. I have been on it for 6 months, have lost the weight I wanted to (35 lbs), and am now on the maintenance program. I have never had more energy or felt better. I am now a distributor for the product, check out my website at www.healthexperts.isagenix.com

IT depends what you mean.

Any diet pill laced with an amphetamine will make you lose weight in the short term.
Laxatives will make you lose weight in the short term they are also combined with horrendous side effects.
These include - bad breath, hair loss, sleep problems, fatigue etc.
The worst and inevitable one is addiction to maintain the weight loss and then rapid weight gain once you stop taking them.

I strongly recommend you don't take them.

Diet pills are a waste of money. They are almost all scams and many contain a mild form of speed or herbal speed which is addictive and changes your personality.
