No
That is only the first step
You have to live a good life and not expect
If you expect to get into heaven because you say something or believe something, then you are as far off base as if you expect sex from a girl because you take her to nice places and are swave!
Being a Christian is not easy.

There is such a thing as death bed confessions where a person is truly repentant and therefore forgiven. If you deliberately choose to live your life without Jesus and hope for a last minute reconciliation, don't count on it. That is quite a gamble. What makes you think that you will even have a chance for such an event, you could be hit by a bus tomorrow. We should live our lives as if each breath is our last, because we do not know the day or the hour of our death. Pray to Jesus for the grace you need to convert now.
[2 Cor 6:2] For he says: "In an acceptable time I heard you, and on the day of salvation I helped you." Behold, now is a very acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

...1. Scripture says, "Today, if you hear His voice, harden not your heart..." and "Now is the acceptable time, today is the day of salvation." God calls every person to repent and believe the Gospel, while they can. How do you know you will be able to answer or if you'll be in your right mind at the end, and can trust in Jesus then?
...2 What do you find attractive about "living a life without Jesus"?
...3. Check Romans 1:20-32 - if you suppress the truth and you will be worse off.
...4. God can save anyone; if you wait and risk some kind of deathbed conversion, you may not be able to trust Jesus then; if you do trust Him then, you will miss out on blessings, and may find yourself in Heaven mostly bankrupt ( with few or no rewards).

The question then my friend is this: do you know exactly when you will die and how? Where you will be? Will you be conscious and coherient enough to speak or perhaps be unable to?
Then what?
See Jesus says once you die, instantly you're in the presence of God - then you CANNOT change!
Too late then! You know your future with total unquestionable certainity.
If so treat your life like Las Vegas baby - put it all on Red ___ or Black ___! Good luck!

Only the Almighty can forgive sins. Jesus, pbuh, was a prophet and no one should live without his words, but the forgiveness lies with God. Bismillah ir rahman ir rahim (In the name of God, the most merciful, the most gracious)

God knows your innocence even if you are great sinner. God is love, how can your sins Not be forgiven?
I would encourage you to develop your own relationship with God/Jesus and forget what you have been taught.

You should be a good christian like Hitler if you want to go to heaven. That way you will be forgiven for the little things you do wrong along the way.

Confession of sin anticipates a plea for forgiveness. A man may admit his meanness--in fact he may even be proud of it. That is not the Bible brand of confession. A man who seeks no pardon is not confessing sin. Listen to David---"Have mercy upon me..."
Confession is good for the soul, but mighty hard---especially on pride. Repentance is probably the hardest step toward salvation. Repentance not only requires that we change our attitude about sin but also that we change our actions and walk in the light as Jesus is in the light. Matthew 10:32,33 [Jesus said] Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.

Nope. That will do nothing. Jesus is a dead guy. Everybody is without him, whether they think so or not. Sin is an outdated concept.
