I owned a coffee bar before they were cool...lol
I have a wonderful recipe or two to share with you....
First make your coffee or espresso, whichever you wish. Then you can either freeze it in ice trays or use ice whichever. I like to freeze the coffee, therefore no watered down taste.
Then, I buy the French Vanilla creme by Coffeemate in the liquid form (found with the coffee creamers in the milk section of the grocery) and mix it with equal parts milk and cream. Throw it all in the blender and go for it!!! That is like a frozen latte. It is sweet with the coffee creamer.
Also, I make my own caps at home too with a simple little cap maker. I use the same creamer with equal parts 2% milk. Whole milk doesn't steam as well. I have been known to make that cappuccino, throw it in the blender with some ice after making it.
But the best, and you will be a hit with your friends if you make it is a Butterfinger coffee:
Make a pot of french Vanilla Coffee
Take one full size butterfinger candy bar and smash it up
Pour a 3/4 cup of coffee
put about 1/2 the butteringer chips in the coffee and stir
Stir in desired amount of French Vanilla Creamer by Coffee Mate (the liquid kind)
Top with a dollop of Cool Whip
Sprinkle the top with butterfinger chips
It is like a desert in a cup. Perfect for those big mugs!! And great during the cold months!!!
Yummmm.....

Ok, you need a capuccino machine. then you need some good coffee or espresso, and some milk or half and half or soy milk (whatever milk you like) first you want to get the espresso going. you measure it then you tamp it and turn it on. when it gets to about a shot turn the machine off (you should have directions with the machine, but iam just helping).
get a glass fill with ice
add espresso
flavor shot or sugar if you like
then add the milk the rest of the way
stir well and add whipped cream
if you want hot coffee you have to froth the milk........
