I excersize 3-4 times a week usually. Every Thursday I go rock climbing, I try to get a bike ride in on the weekend and I get up early a couple times during the week to do some pushups, curls, sit-ups and wall-sits.
They say sex is really good exercise, so you can up the number quite a bit if you count that.

I just recently got into college, and I also just got my first job. Lately I haven't exercised much because of college. But I try to lift weights atleast every other day at home, and play basketball with my friends on weekends (if I don't have work). When I get my first paycheck I'm gonna enroll to a gym, probably 24 hour fitness.

Well I walk 3 times a week, lift weights twice. Used to work out more but broke up with my boyfriend, if ya know what I mean
