why does this guy ben get a girl pregnant and then marry a different girl

Just because you have a baby with someone doesn't mean that you love them. It only means that the protection wasn't working and the woman decided to have the baby.
I'd think that this guy was having a fling and then when he was done returned to his "real" gf. and I bet he does it again to her too. Just be lucky that he didn't marry the one who he got knocked up!
