I butter it presentation side up, whichever side looks prettiest. It is habit coz I live with a chef and he is always saying things must be buttered presentation side up lol

Some crackers are made with a sprinkle of salt on one side.
That side belongs DOWN on my tongue, it just tastes better.
My skinny girlfriend likes to butter crackers. I'll pass on the butter, thank you very much!

It's a matter of taste. Do you put ice cream on apple pie? Same thing. If you are a butter type person, then butter the salted side. I like to make sandwhiches with a butter/peanut butter mix...try it, it's very good.

Personally i put cheese on crackers, and on the odd occasion cream cheese, putit on the flat side if you dont want so much, or you can pop all the bubbles on the otherside and fill them in with the butter/cream cheese to make it thicker an suprisingly tasty hehe :) x

Of course!

But let's get real, when you love butter, every food is little more than a butter delivery system. I guess it's too disgusting to just eat the butter.

The bubbly side because you get more butter on it! It will still land butter side down though if you drop it, no matter which side you've done it!!!
