Yes, many rentals will pick you up at your hotel and take you to their business to rent a car, yet while I stay at the Renaissance each time I travel to Aruba, they have rental cars/jeeps right there on premises, I don't have to go any further than the concierge in the lobby, another reason i like the Renaissance. Also, when you pull into lobby, they will park your car for you.

Jarhead is right. Also the car rentals are just in front of the airport, so when you arrive, you simply cross the road and there they all are, one next to the other. What I mean to say is that, if you wish, it's easy to pick up your car yourself. When you have to return your car, it's just as easy. Again... drop it by them, cross the road and enter the airport. If you need a lift back to your hotel after dropping your car, they'll gladly give you one. This your first time on Aruba, right? I do recommend you to eat at Marina Pirata. You sit right by the water on a pier and the food and service are just great. It's Aruba at its smallest and its best.

Try Economy Carrental. As the others point out, they will come to your hotel, pick you up, take you to their rental location and let you drive back with the car.

There are many car rentals at the aruba airport. dont worry be hapyy.. Ha ha ha !

They won't deliver to the hotel but will send a driver to pick you up and take you back to the rental place. I've done it every time I was there.
Just ask them and they will be happy to do it.
