I need suggestions for songs for the following dances:
Bridal Party Introductions
Bride & Groom
Bridal Party 1st Dance
Cake Cutting
Bouquet Toss
Garter Toss
Last dance

They like Pop music and top 40 the best. Oldies for love songs would be good too.

Bridal Party Introductions== Beginning of "Beautiful People" Marilyn Manson (seriously)

Bride & Groom== Try to remember the first song you guys heard together. Might be a bit old for you but I always thought "Never Tear Us Apart" INXS.

Bridal Party 1st Dance == Ask them

Cake Cutting == "I Got You Babe" Sonny and Cher

Bouquet Toss== "Hmmmm"
Garter Toss === "Crazy Train" OZZy
Last dance == "Get the **** Out " Skid Row Seriously, I forgot about that song when I was doing my wedding, but if you're adventurous, listen to that song.

That's some Line Up.....

For my bridal party intro I am playing a dance song by Jamie foxx the chorus goes:" Everybody in my party is V.I.P." I though it was perfect the first time I heard it.
After they are introduced this song will continue to play as wme and my new husband are introdced of course it will be lowered for our introduction but we are gonna dance separately with our parties and as the song goes off my bridal party will leave the dance floor one by one until it only me and him ar left. Then our song will come on Either "Love you to the letter" by Anita Baker or " Kiss of life" by Sade

I am from New Orleans so the last song will be Second line music if you have ever been to New Orelans you probably heard it during Mardi Gras it is played by a band.
Sorry this is so long here are a few more songs

Ill be- Edwin McCain
Kiss Me -Six Pence None the Richer
If you could only see -Toxic?
Sara McGlachlin
Sade
Most Beautiful girl in the world-Prince
Adore-Prince
Wait for love- Luther Vandross
Im in love with you- Erykah Badu
Smokie Robinson
I hope this helps

If you're having a live DJ, talk to him/her. They probably have a whole list of songs they suggest for those things.

Other places to look would be online. Do a search on "wedding songs" and see what comes up.

Otherwise, just choose some of your favorite songs. It's your wedding, you can do whatever you like. I'm a wedding coordinator and I've seen just about everything, including "Over the Rainbow" and "I'm a Believer" (from Shrek). The more personal you make it, the more memorable it will be.

Watch the wedding singer. They have a lot of good wedding songs.

This is a joke! - how about "send in the clowns?"
Just kidding. Good luck with your wedding and many years of marriage and happiness.
