Possibly. People most often expect others to act the way they do themselves. A liar will expect others to lie to him/her. A cheater will expect their partner to also cheat.
Otherwise, your partner is probably just very insecure and will always doubt you, no matter how much you try to allay those fears.
Either way, I'd break it off now if I were you. People never change and you will always be accused of cheating and spend the rest of your life justifying yourself if you stay in the relationship.

In my opinion if he is accusing you of cheating then he is really telling you that he does not trust you and if that is the case then you really need to question if he is worth staying in the realtionship. Because if you don't have trust - it's not going to work anyway.

Most likely; Same thing just happened to me in my last relationship. My boyfriend was constantly accusing me of doing things behind his back, or cheating or pulling all kinds of jealousy and insecurity issues without any, any reason at all.
Well I found out he was doing Internet dating while he was telling me"he loved me". Get rid of him!

In my experience it is the one that is cheating that asks first.

Not always, sometimes people get goofy thoughts in their heads that leads them to this thought.
