Without knowing the shade of green, I would say brown, tan, or cream. Take a paint sample with you to your local furniture store and they will help you find something that matches. I wouldn't suggest going with the same color of green for the couch as your carpet. Some shades of reds or maroons, even blues might look nice too depending on the shades. anything but bright red or blue. depends on what color green too. if its a dark green, its easy to match. any earthtones would work.
