There are 2 forms of human amylase- salivary & pancreatic. Salivary amylase is found in the saliva & is produced by the salivary glands.
The pancreatic amylase, on the other hand is produced by the pancreas (exocrine part).
There are other amylases as well- for example - Beta amylase which is produced by germinating seeds.

well, amylase is a enzyme that helps in digestion...but its produced in our salivary glands.
