Someone's been reading too many Sherlock Holmes novels. ;)
Police need a search warrant to open anyone's door, and I'm almost positive they don't carry skeleton keys. What's more, skeleton keys wouldn't open all doors anymore.

I know one who carried lock picks. Saw him pick a lock once with a paperclip (unfolded), rubberband, and a wad of paper. His mother was on the other side of the door stroked out.

no. hahahahahahhaah hahaahaha hahahaha. i actually called a police dept. for someone one time because they locked their keys in their car. they wouldn't even come out to jimmy it open. they said they don't do that anymore.
