This could be somewhat true because I think it is calms that are aphrodisiacs. Read this:

When Jennifer Marshall wanted to create a romantic evening for her husband, she knew just what to do — she whipped up a supper of natural aphrodisiac seafood. Mussels, fish and even lobster made her menu.

"It's the green stuff in the lobster. You're supposed to eat it and it's supposed to be an aphrodisiac," said the 27-year-old massage therapist from Cape Coral. "It sparked some sparks. My husband and I had a good time."

That green stuff is called tomalley, part of the liver of the lobster. It's just one of dozens of meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts and spices believed to function as a natural aphrodisiac, producing amorous effects on the people who eat them.

The Women's Network Web site also said coffee like chocolate is a mild stimulant because of the caffeine it contains. However, to have any effect on someone's feelings of love or desire, an unhealthy amount of coffee would have to be consumed.
Aphrodite's birthplace, the sea, stirred up myths that seafood is an aphrodisiac as well.
Oysters are probably the most well-known seafood aphrodisiac because they have high levels of zinc that can help overall health and produce testosterone, according to a story in The (Nashville) Tennessean.

Maybe because it's a romantic dinner? A splurge? And oysters are NOT an aphrodisiac. We eat seafood a few times a week. Healthy sex life, but not because of dinner!
