Well it can b any telephone which is out of order and no one bothers 2 repair it so even if d telephone no. is valid yet u wont b able 2 call anyone on that number.Got it?

I don't know if there is anything you can do other than hang up as soon as you hear it's them. I get the same thing in the mail all the time about buying an extended warranty. I own a 2 year old car that is under warranty by Hyundai
