Are you trying to kill yourself? Why on earth would you want to be fat?
Maybe you mean you'd like to gain or add some weight and that is fine, but to make yourself fat isn't a good idea. You will put yourself at risk for many different health complications and symptoms that can kill you early in life such as diabetes and heart disease.
If you're just looking to change your figure from thin to thick then you need to consult a dietician or a personal trainer. Your best thing to do to add weight would be to begin lifting weights and eating protien.
Don't start thinking that by exercising you will only lose weight, that's only half of the truth. When you begin a weight lifting program you will find your desire to eat increase as a result of the extra physical activities. As you continue this and you build more muscle, your body will actually start to crave food more because you will now have more muscle to feed, so the need to increase you food intake will also occur.

I won't question your reasons for wanting to "be fat". But be careful what you wish for. What you should be asking is something like... "How can I achieve my ideal weight.
Anyways, be sure NOT to start eating unhealthy food (including junk food, sugary foods, fatty foods, greasy foods etc.). This may help you gain fat, but you will be compromising your health.
- Finish your meals/snacks within 20 minutes.
- Add more carbs to your diet (pasta, bread, fruit etc.).
- Snack on healthy fats like almonds (or other nuts) and add a tbsp or two of virgin olive oil throughout the day.
- Keep a healthy carb and/or fat containing meal/snack near your bed and eat it sometime at night (after sleeping for a bit). A trick of sumo wrestlers to "gain weight". (example: low-fat milk and tbsp v. olive oil)
- Orange juice is a good way to add calories.
- Finish all your meals, but don't try to stuff yourself either.
- Eat more veggies, and fruits (like bananas).
- Create your own "weight gain" shakes from a mix of fruits and/or protein powder.
- Sugar is easily stored as fat. But don't go adding a lot of sugar to your diet or you will be at risk for type II diabetes.

Buy a high protein supplement at GNC or similar store; and drink three times a day. Or ask for weight gainer supplements, like the bodybuilders use. You'll gain alot of weight in a couple of months. You may go to the gym and work out; and you'll gain weight in a healthy way..

Eat any and all carbs and calories and fats. Sugar up, and eat as much as you can without working it off. (yea, that's pretty much what every one else said, just put together for ya.)

fat is not healthy. i would re think what your wanting because believe me its not fun being fat. you can't exercise because you give out of breath. you have high blood pressure and all kind of problems.
