a boy in college love me i know but i dont have feeling for him and from his frens i came to know that he is going to porpose me what should i do i am planning to say no but a friend said if i say no then he will do something wrong

You have no control over this boy's actions, and no responsibility for what he decides to do.
I suggest that you should not let him propose. Sitting down at the fancy restaurant, admiring the ring he's offering and then flat out saying no will come as a serious shock to him. He might take it as an insult, or even a personal attack almost. He is sure to never recover, and whether or not he will do something wrong, he'll certainly want to do something more than just a little wrong.
Before he proposes, you should break it off. Tell him you're feeling overwhelmed. Tell him you're feeling smothered. Tell him you feel like things are happening too fast. Tell him you feel like you're missing out on the excitement of youth... I'm sure you'll know what sort of reason he can accept most easily. Tell him you need some time to yourself, or that you think you should see other people. Tell him you're a lesbian...
Tell him anything that will get him to calmly accept you for someone who needs to spend a few months of your life without him around.
Maybe you can get some of your friends to hit on him so he'll date a few other people at least. Sounds to me like he needs more experience if he's planning to propose to someone who has no feelings for him. God, I hope he didn't buy a ring already!

I don't understand this. Some random guy in college loves you? How could he be at the level of proposing to you and you not feel anything? Is he a stalker or something?
Anyway, as far as him doing something bad. Sometimes they use that just to get what they want. This guy cheated on me, and he said he felt so bad he was going to hurt himself, so I stayed with him. He just said that so I wouldn't break up with him. Then guess what, he cheated on me 2 or 3 more times! Pffffft.

If he does, run, don't walk, to the nearest police station and get a restraining order against him. He's a sick, delusional person who you should not be around.
Tell him you have no feelings for him and make sure you have your friends with you when you do.
I would not trust this guy as far as I could throw him!

if you know he loves you..but you dont love him..then dont force yourself to go out with him because thatll make matters worse and youll regret it...
and dont say no to him directly because that wil show your not a nice person ...jst say to him...lets be friends and see where it goes from there...just explain to him..that if you were in his shoes wot would he do? reject you.? or go out with you because you love him?
for a couple to connect...love should be distributed from both sides..or the relationship wil never work..
dont try and hurt his feelings...because men can go bit mental when they are in love ,..trust me i know...

well if you don't like the guy tell him that you don't like him because if he's thinking that you like him then he's going to do what he's got planned you should tell him as soon as possible because if you don't then things could really go wrong.

if he's a good person he wont do anything wrong if you say no, if he's not a good person, go to the police...just explain to him that you're not ready for something like that and that you'd rather keep it as friends

if u dont like him then say "no", dont worry his friends r only making u scared so tht u say yes, dont listen to them, its ur life, u should chose whom u like, i dont think he will do anythin n if he does then tht means he is a mental case n needs a doctor instead.good luck.

JUST BE HONEST AND EXPLAIN TO HIM NICELY THAT YOU ARE NOT READY AND U JUST SEE HIM AS A FRIEND. AND U REALLY DONT WANT TO MESS THAT FRIENDSHIP UP. AND IF HE LOVES YOU THEN HE WOULD RESPECT YOU FOR BEING HONEST. AND IF HE DOES SOMETHING STUPID TO HIMSELF HE IS JUST STUPID. CUZ THERE ARE PLENTY OF FEMALES IN THIS WORLD.
