Whatever this entity said would have to line up with scripture. If all that it said was in absolute alignment with the Word, I would be more likely to believe that it was Jesus. If it was Him, I'd admit I was wrong about many things! But there is an inherent flaw with the origins of Mormonism that are in diametric opposition to scripture. We'll save that conversation for another time. But there is no doubt that some of the best people I have ever known have been Mormons. As a collective group, they have a greater sense of family, of community, of service, of living what they believe, and of taking care of the needs of their own more than any other group of people I have known. But regardless of all of that, Mormons might be great people and make good friends, but there is a problem at the root of their belief system beginning with Joseph Smith that I can not even creatively reconcile with scripture. Not to mention the whole belief that, "Jesus isn't the Son of God- just a guy who did well and got rewarded after he died, and we'll all be gods too when we die and our wives will birth spirit babies for all eternity."

It would never happen.
Jesus is not Mormon He was Jewish!
Since Mormons believe in more than one god, they are already in trouble.
Any religion that thinks and teaches that if you are a good male Mormon and you follow the book of Mormon you will grow up to be a god, I would have serious reservations about...!!! It is a religion based on works. Joseph Smith Jr. could not be trusted with earthly matters, let alone Spiritual ones!
Matthew 7:15 [ The Tree and Its Fruit ] "Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep, but are really wolves that will tear you apart.
Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets will appear and will lead many people astray.
Revelation 22:18-21:
18 And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the prophetic words of this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book. 19 And if anyone removes any of the words of this prophetic book, God will remove that person's share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book.
20 He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon!"
Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all.
Religion is man's way of trying to reach God.
Relationship is God's way of reaching us, through Jesus Christ.
May you find the grace of the living God and His Son Jesus! Salvation is free; it's a gift!

Okay, I am confused. Jesus will come. I constantly admit when I am wrong. It is one way I can actually learn. I would never attempt to define what Christian denomination is correct. If you are a Mormon or Latter Day Saint, good for you. If not, good for you, either way. I am a Christian. I make mistakes. Nuff said.

Well first of all what wrongs?
Fundementaly the Mormons try to live
a good life just like mainstream christians.....
But the short answer is probably not, he (the supposed Jesus would have to prove somehow that he really was the messiah).
The bible says false prophets will come and perform miracles........
Thats why jesus will return but not physically land on earth but stay in the sky and take his people home. (Thessalonians)

I would admit I was wrong if I was wrong. However, there is enough contradiction between the book of mormon and the bible, and contradiction between the book of mormon and anthropology that I believe Mormonism is wrong. It would take Jesus coming down, fulfilling the prophecies of Revelations (becuase that is how Jesus' return is prophesied) and then speaking that Mormonism was true for me to believe that mormonism is true. So, in that case, yes, I would admit being wrong.

Look at all the "NO WAY JESUS IS MORMON" and "No way that would happen" like answers...I think that answers the question..some will accept and change and the freaky freakies will try to slay their "lord" to save him or because the "lord" doesn't do as they bid......kinda reminds me of celebrities being killed by their fans
This is also and example of why the growing freaky freaky religious movement is such a threat to world peace, growth, unification and stability.

If it was truly Jesus, I would admit my wrongs. However, Jesus would never do this because he would not support one religion over another if my understanding of the scriptures is correct.

Admitting I am wrong has always been difficult... basically because I am usually right. There was a time when I thought I was wrong, and I was ready to admit it, but then I realized I was mistaken.
You should also know that I used to be conceited, but now I'm perfect.
I wish everyone was as humble as I am. I'm so proud of that!

The Jews didn't believe God, even after they said they did. And even after he blessed them for doing what was right in his eyes.
Satan intervened and turned them away.
Why should anyone think man would do any better as long as Satan still controls the earth.
When he is destroyed, then man will know peace.
Yes! His day is coming........Pray for it. Open your heart and mind when we knock on your door if you want a better understanding.
