The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

It sounds odd, but it usually works. Take 3 or 4 small Hershey's plain chocolate bars and add them. They will melt and act as a mild sweetener. They will also darken your chilli just a little.

any kind of starch will do it, add some more kidney beans or say potoatoes. Adding yoghurt or sour cream is the remedy for adding too much salt. this is tried and tested!!!. You coudl also thicken with a little cornflour if you like food in sauce.
Whatever you od enjoy, sometimes a little bit of burn is good!!!!!!.

this sounds odd but try it.. I do it everytime i go over-easy with the old chilli powder.

2-3tbsp tomato puree (you must always have some in your house!)
good pinch of dark brown sugar, pinch of salt, 2tbsp mixed herbs

if you have any to hand, throw in 100ml coconut milk!

Bon Appetite!

Sugar and lemon juice will help counteract the hotness from too much chilli.

Use brown sugar to sweeten or when serving, serve with a dollop of sour cream. We eat it that way anyway, it cuts down the heat and is delicious. Plain yogurt has too much of a funky taste for me.

Probably the best way is to dilute it by splitting the pot of chili in half and adding more of all the other ingredients that make up the chili to each pot. You will wind up with two pots of chili that way but at least you will be able to eat it without burning your mouth. You can freeze the excess to eat another day.

either make half as much again without any chilli in it and mix them up or add some potatos to the mixture they should absorb some of the spicyness.

you can add some more ingredients to balance out the spiciness so if you put in twice the amount of chili powder double the rest of the recipe and so on and so forth!

both are roughly the same except when it comes to protein. ALMOST ALL veggies include a reasonable amount of protein; fresh fruit does not.
