it is ok to drink water when i am doing exercise any exercise

If you don't want to drink while exercising, have gatorade b4, then drink some water. the sodium in gatorade helps you retain the water.

Yes as you will become dehydrated if you don't drink plenty of water,as when you exercise you sweat and you need to replace that fluid

As you exercise and sweat out fluid and expell moisture through respiration your blood gets thicker and is harder to pump through your blood vessels. It is imperative you hydrate. If your mouth is dry you are already underhydrated.

You should take in as much water as possible ( especially if you sweat a lot)or you could land up suffering from dehydration.
