3.Do you understand where everythings will go? during meditation, but sometimes i let the chaos of the world get to my mind
4.Do you ever feel( real) heaven and/or hell? there is no heaven or hell, there is just the state of being where you are now
5.Do you know who ask these questions?

I believe I have, but you don't as a rule do these things (at least not the way it sounds like you are thinking). Rather, it is more of a higher awareness. You don't so much interact with nature or feel/see things like heaven/hell or prophecies, but rather you feel like an intricate part of the surrounding universe. It's hard to explain but it feels like where once you were a drop of water you now feel like the ocean, so to speak. You are still yourself and yet the you only exists as part of the universe, and the universe only exists as part of you.

Yes... but in that state, none of your subsequent questions have any relevance.

My problem is one of persistence. I have achieved this state in meditation... but upon achieving it, after a second or less, I 'notice' that I have achieved it... and it goes away. I have yet to learn how to 'experience' it without 'noticing' that I am experiencing it.

Even so... that second of 'experiencing' it is beyond description.
