how many of you, if any, have turned to an online relationship (s) for fun when things weren't so good in your own relationship?

Things worked out great. I have met lots of women of the internet for fun. But I am upfront and don't lie, so I have never had an issue.
If all I am after is a good lay then I and honest about it. Although I am not usually a one time person. I like friends with benefits better.

I have done this before (quite recently).
online relationships are very hard as they are generally involve huge distances (I live in the uk and I have had relationships with us and australian women)
they generally end after a while and neither party comes away feeling great

i met my partner online...was a rocky start(because I lied to him) but we have been together for 6yrs now and plan on getting married next spring
