I like this guy alot, but he doesn't know. We are good friends. He just broke up with his gf and he makes it clear he's not ready for another relationship yet. He's into partying and hanging with the guys now...I understand that. He calls me and asks me to hang out. Could it be that he does look at me as a possibility, but he's not ready now, or would he make his move if he liked me that way?

Don't push things. If he isn't ready for a serious relationship then don't enter into anything but a good solid friendship with him. You don't want to be the 'transition girl' or the 'rebound woman' give him the time he needs and settle for friendship right now.
Be his friend and you never know what might happen when he's ready ... but if nothing ever comes of it you will have some good memories.

WHAT? Let's see if we've got this straight...
You like a guy...he just broke up with his girlfriend...he calls you and asks you to hang out with him...and you're sitting there, wasting time worrying about "exactly" what it means?
Is this a trick question?
When he calls and asks you to hang out, get going...give you both a chance to get to know each other a little bit better.

Give him some time, he needs to heal from the breakupw/ the ex. It sounds like he may be considering you, but if you push him, he will probably bolt.

give him some space . let him know how you feel . but if you do he might back off from you . maybe you should make a move on him when you guys are partying .. some times it make it easy-er that way ..
