Call the Department of Human Services (there's an office in every county) to set up an appt. They'll tell you what services you are eligible for based on your income.

Your local Health and Human department should be able to help you. Most states have a medical and childcare assistance program to help you pay the expenses you can't afford. Even middle class families need extra support and help at times.
