Canada has very strict immigration laws.You need to be a contributing member of society with a job lined up. If you dont have a job lined up, a well paying job, you have to have proof of your net worth, that you can support yourself for i believe its months.You may also have to have an education.They make it very difficult.Their website says it is one of the most sought after citizenships in the world.Do a google search on it and you should find the same website.

Canada has very strict immigration rules.
If you're white, you have no chance of getting in (unless you french).
If you're of Asian or Arab decent, you get automatic entry.
Blacks of african decent gain entry after application.
