It may have nothing to do with breast feeding. alot of moms get that way simply because you are exhausted. You have so many other things to do that food is really the last thing on your mind. It will fade.

I don't think it has anything to do with not breast feeding anymore, I think your may be a little sad or even depressed that your not breast feeding anymore. Do you think that makes any sense? I know when I have to stop breast feeding I'm going to be sad as well. It's the most wonderful feeling when you know that little life depends on you for absolutley everything, and when you take the biggest part of that feeling away its sad and in some cases depressing for women. Good Luck, sorry if I'm wrong.

Well, breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day... so it makes sense that you were more hungry when you were doing it. Plus, it's good that you did eat because if you don't eat enough when you are breastfeeding then your body can release unhealthy toxins into your milk.

That said, have you started to work out? You might be more hungry if you were still burning calories. You need to eat because you will need the energy to keep up with you new baby!

Your body needed more fuel when you were making milk. Now you won't need to eat as much.

BUT...only eating one meal a day isn't so good for you. At least try to get some other small and healthy snacks in or something.

I wish I had your problem. You sound perfectly normal in following your own appetite. Eat a little, and be glad you lost your baby weight. I never could.
