WHEN IT SAYS THE FLESH IS WEAK, IT IS SAYING THAT IT GIVES INTO TEMPTATION BECAUSE IT IS WEAK.

It says that thge flesh is weak to remind us that without self control and spiritual leadership, it's easy for us to fall back into sin.

the flash mean the body you can't control your desire ,example you get drunk, you commet an adulte sin sometimes you eat too much ritgh then .you can't control your body you are week.
if you control your desire your soul become stronger &stronger.
