i read your other questions and noticed that you are a guy. Is the mother there? sometimes mothers have a better instinct about what the child needs. (not saying that fathers don't)
another suggestion is if you have one of those chair things that vibrates. they have always worked with my nieces and nephews when they were babies. if you don't have one of those get a massager or something that vibrates and just attach it to make the crib vibrate. this really is soothing to an irritable or colicky baby.

Is there someone who can give you a little break from being a mommy? Sounds more like you need to have a time out - for yourself. And if that doesn't work you could always put on earphones just to muffle the squealing & take them off as soon as it stops. Good Luck.

We used to bundle our baby up, put her in the car seat and take a ride around town. Works like a charm. Something about the rocking motion of the car worked better than a regular rocking chair.

Enjoy your baby!

Welcome to motherhood... this is only the start of loud, irritating and hard to listen to things your child will do. Be thankful he/she is squealing in delight and not out of sickness or pain. Loud as it maybe it is the most precious thing... like I said be thankful your baby isnt sick or hurt...

What the hell kind of question is that? be happy your baby is happy and healthy I have a 4 month old and I love to know that she is happy. I think you need some parenting classes before this baby starts getting teeth and he is crying all the time.

if hes squealing from pleasure then it cant be THAT loud..come on, if you cant deal with your child being happy then how are you going to deal with ANYTHING.. maybe you should see your doctor about depression, if everthing annoys you , somthing is wrong..

Put him down and step away for like 5 to 10 minutes. If its happy squeel, you really need to learn to deal with it. NOW!!!!!

Get off the internet and Yahoo Answers and go take care of this baby which God has given to you! If you can't handle a precious baby, then you need to give the baby to someone who can. Take it to the Emergency Room or to your local fire station, or to your doctor's office. You need professional help. Please, do this now.

Maybe you should give your baby to his father.

Be glad that he's happy and not crying or yelling in anger.
