When my cat want my ation she either licks me,or paws me......why?

She has learned that this gets your attention when she wants to communicate with you. Some cats meow a lot for the same reason.
This is perfectly normal cat behavior.

some cats are like that. I have a Siamese that licks all the time. he'll even hold us down and lick our hair. Your cat is showing you that she loves you. be happy she doesn't bite the back of your leg like mine do when the want attention!

It's called showing affection and getting your attention. Or there could be something about the smell/taste of your hand she likes.

Ohhh, this is so cute... She loves you so! Mine used to do that when he was younger, but now he's getting more independent from mummy. I wish he did this once in a while.

she thinks your dirty and are in need of a bath
so she's trying to clean you :)
cats do that kind of stuff to people/animals they like

it is her way to talk to you and that she loves you, plus the salt in your hand tastes good

she is grooming you. she loves you, she wants you to play with her. she wants you to pet her.
