Go to that person, talk to him/her, tell them what is bothering you and hopefully you can work it out. Sometimes you get family like I have that cannot be reasoned with and we had to walk away from them for a time. Not pleasant, but necessary.

I am not too good at face-to-face communication so I would write up a letter. Make sure you don't attack by using "I" instead of "you".

Definitely, write or talk to the person explaining what upset you and how you would like this to be resolved.

Good luck!

Understand the reason for the upset. Decide whether you should talk it over with them. If not, then ignore it and forget about it.

I would try to calmly discuss it with that person privately. If that isn't successful, I'd just drop it and go on with my life. Sometimes you just have to agree to disagree. If, however, it was a parent I would talk with them and see if I'd done something to provoke this situation. And if I had, I'd apologize and try to do better.

Many times I just let it go.I'm sure there are many things I do to upset them.If it's big enough I talk it over with them.

I don't speak to most of my family because they are all stupid men!

I only talk to my mom. When she upsets me, I just hang up on her.

I'd try talking to them, try to resolve the issue. Leaving the issue only allows it to resurface again in the future.
