It depends on the area and the dynasty. The creator Gods were Ra, Atum, Ptah or in some cases a certain number of Gods such as the Ogdoad. None of the answers you have there would be correct. Although you may be able to loosely say B because Ra and Atum were sun Gods. That would not be the case with the others.
