It depends on the area and the dynasty. The creator Gods were Ra, Atum, Ptah or in some cases a certain number of Gods such as the Ogdoad. None of the answers you have there would be correct. Although you may be able to loosely say B because Ra and Atum were sun Gods. That would not be the case with the others.

All Pharoahs were named after the god above all: Amun-Ra or Amen-Ra, the maker of the sun, from which all life comes. The Egyptians had room in their pantheon for a source of life, and a creator of life. During the attempted reform, Pharoah attempted to do away with this multiplicity, and institute worship of Atun, the one god without all others.
