It can be very dangerous in my opinion. Even though he is the first guy you have been with you may not be his 1st and you will never know how many sexual partners his last partner had and how many her last had and it just goes on and on.
Men can have a STD and it is very common for them not to experience any symptoms unlike in women. A male can have chlamydia and not show any symptoms but his partner can have a discharge or foul odor.
I am not sure if your partner can get the same pleasure from or*l sex using a condom(flavored) then without using one but I suggest that you tell him if he wants you to give him or*l sex does he mind going to get a check up for any STD'S so you can be safe. If not then use protection but I dont think it will be the same.
Before I decided to do it for my man I asked him to get a check up and we both went and he wasn't upset at all that I asked he was actually happy about it because then he knew I was safe too and we had nothing to worry about.

In answer to you question, yes you can contract STD's from oral sex. You can also contract genital herpes from someone who has oral herpes (more commonly called a cold sore). You can essentially contract STD's (including AIDS) from the transfer of ANY bodily fluids---such as salive in the case of oral sex.
While you may not be permiscuous, you should consider that if you one partner has had sex with two people, you could be exposed to hundreds of others because each person he was with were likely with others too and so on and so on..........So remember that you are not just having sex with your partner, but also with all of his previous partners and all of his previous partners partners etc.

well u can get std's and aids if u go down on someone witha disease. If they have a sore on there sack it could break and leak to the area ur are focusing on. If there is a cut there blood can seep into your gum linning. Best bet get tested, if u don't trust them put a flavored rubber on them, otherwise its hit or miss!
oh and NO you can't get pregnat but u could die!!

Yes, almost any STI can be transmitted that way. I suggest condom use while doing that.
Remember to always keep yourself safe.

Yes it could be in some intances if you do not your sex partner. If you know that they are clean and in good health it is OK to have oral sex. I think it is great and sexy.

You can definitely contact STDs from oral.
However, the risk of contracting a blood-borne STD like HIV is less from oral than it is from vaginal or especially anal sex. This doesn't mean one can't contract HIV from oral sex, but the risk is measurably lower than from say, anal sex.
