A wheat grass shot is wheat that has sprouted and started to grow, but not too big. If it gets too big it gets tough. When it gets to be about 5 inches tall or so they cut it off and put it into a blender and mix it up. It is kind of thick an goopy. It has a lot of good things in it like antioxidants and vitamins. As for the taste, it tastes like grass. You can add it to other things to enrich the health value of them, like a smoothy. It is much better if you mix it.
