Baked beans. They have everything you need nutritionally speaking and if ever there is a world wide disaster stock up on them. You may break wind a lot but you'll live. Who needs a bubble bath or hot tub anyway.

I have heard that fish is supposed to be amazing eg kippers, macrel etc

Brussel Sprouts (if u like them that is)
They are supposed to be one of those super foods that burn more calories during digestion than the amount of calories in the actual food, so good if u wanna lose weight!

I've always enjoyed just about any type of steamed veatable seasoned with some margine,salt,peppers and a fresh cole slaw or salad with black olives,cucumbers,onions,carrotts,pineapple,cheese etc////////
