when all the money runs out

If someone says, get out... then it is really time to go... but there are other ways to tell also. If you get picked up by your collar, and tossed out on your ear, this is a pretty good indication... or if someone punched you in the nose, you should probably walk out. If someone starts screaming about ANYTHING and it doesn't mean about you necessarily, you should probably run, it saves the drama. If someone spits in your eye, I would say go, but this is completely up to you as I don't know if you are into this type of thing... lol.

when you are the last person standing there its time to leave, if you are at somebodies house well when you see them yawning and looking at their watch its time to leave!

When it starts to feel awkward, people are starting to give you mean looks it means you've over stayed your welcome :) Try to leave before that happens.
