How can I create positive thoughts, and remain calm while I'm feeling sad or anxious? Thanks I appreciate it :)

Think about things, people & places which make you happy. If people won't leave you alone, get away from them. If it's extreme, seek profesional help.

Sometimes its hard to make yourself feel calm without medication.

Exercise is a great way to help. Your body releases natural endorphins and you have a way to get rid of extra tension.
