Ive been kinda seeign this new guy for only about a week if even that, and we said I love you to each other, now I kind of regret it because I dont want thing to be all rushed and get ruined

Don't say something you will regret. A week is way too soon. Love takes time and you are rushing much too fast.

Clarify to him that the "love" you expressed is more of an attraction and liking and that you really don't know each other well enough to have true love. Personally, I think it takes at least a year to know a person well enough to develop real love.

too late, you let the cat outttttta the bag. There is no time limit on love but relationships do expire from time to time, so, best bet is just to have fun and let it flow. It seems like you guys are both into each other so why not......
