The cheapest place to get dental work is overseas it can be China, Vietnam, India. It's a lot cheaper than paying for services here in the states.
I know because I work in the dental/health industry and many Microsoft employees go overseas to get dental work done.

Any 3rd world country. You probably wont get a trained dentist, but you will get someone who is willing to do dental work for 10-20 dollars.
