How do I make an Iced Latte? Like one from Jo 2 Go! Help me pelase?

I'm hooked on the Iced Latte from Jo 2 Go. I want to know how to make it at home so I dont have to spend $3 each time I want one. Does anyone know how to make this or another Iced Coffee drink?

1 oz. quality espresso shot, 3 oz. half&half, 8oz whole milk. Pour all these in a glass and add ice cubes.
If you want sweet, add your favorite flavored Monin Syrup.
If you add some chocolate syrup, it becomes iced mocha.
