Right now I've been using hydrocortizone, antibiotic ointment, and neosporin with a bandaid on top.

Ouch. In the hot summer months i get it underneath the breasts.
The rash can turn painfull and can actually turn into a fungal infection. There are many things you can do and a doctor can
provide you with an antifungal cream, however before going to the doctor try the following:

First off keep it dry, do not keep washing it,you could be sluffing off healed skin as well as actually keeping the area damp and allowing bacteria to grow.
If you are not going out get rid of the bra
If you are home alone and can draw the shades, walk around topless and let the area get exposed to air.
Sleep topless.
Instead of creams try some types of powder, caldescene baby powder has not perfumes and works great. Do not apply over ointment or you will get "paste" keeping the area from getting air.
Desitin diaper rash ointment will help as well as A&D ointment and first aid cream you should apply this at night and sleep topless.
Sometimes this can take a long time to go away, which it will do when the weather cools and you are not sweating.

Yes this is common. Cause by sweating and lack of ventilation between there. Problem is solved with baby powder or baking soda. You have to prevent moisture to keep yourself from having a rash.

Benadryl oitment. You might have had an allergic reaction from the laundry detergent that it was previosly washed in. If it continues to get worse go to the ER. There is a lot of grants that you can get to help pay for the visit. You have to ask for them though.

Benadryl cream. If you are very itchy and miseralble, take a benadryl tablet. A dollar store or even WalMart will have the generic. Neither are very expensive

Don't overdo it on the ointments...
Take a Benadryl (or the generic equiv) and use the hydrocortisone cream.
It might just be a reaction from whatever the bra got itself into--could be laundry soap, bug spray from the store's exterminator, etc. Maybe whoever dropped it off washed it with some fiberglass insulation-clothes (that happened to me, my better half did laundry, his clothes with our bath towels...YIKES!)

If the good suggestions above don't get rid of it and keep it away, you may want to get a dermatologist's opinion. Have him/her culture it. If it is Candida fungus then a good antifungal cream will keep it under control.

I use antifungal powder on mine in the crotch and under the breasts. I am also on a candida (yeast) cleanse diet. Check out www.hufa.org - the yeast link, for more info on candida.

You can get an over the counter ointment such as hydrocortizone and use some neosporin as well. Apply after you shower.
