No. In that moment He was experiencing, for the first time in all eternity, separation from His Father, because of the Sin He was bearing for us. It was a very REAL experience, though very temporary for the Son of God.

Of course not. You wouldn't address someone you didn't believe in with such an intimate title(Eli would be our equivalent of Heavenly father).
However Jesus was surely dismayed and broken in spirit when the Father, after an eternity of complete and total intimacy, was forced to turn his back and sever the divine source of "being" which we all derive from him. This had to be done for Jesus to experience physical death. Otherwise Christ's divine nature which was united to the human nature would have prevented his death without the Father's withdrawl. Christ's reaction was that of all human's when they suffer seperation and alienation from God after knowing his prescence, only times 10000.

No. I don't think Jesus really lost faith in God. I believe he was having a moment of weakness and doubt proving he was still human; he was after all being crucified. As sure as I am of God and my faith, I seriously doubt I could face that kind of pain and humiliation without having some doubts. Or maybe look at it like this. Maybe when Jesus uttered those words he was trying to speed up the process. As in God, where did You go? Why haven't I died yet?

No, He didn't lose faith, He knew the beginning and the end. He felt the reality of the separation from God, that all who go to hell will feel when God had to turn His face from the sins Jesus was carrying on His shoulders.

No, this is a common misconception by many people. Even as Christ died on the cross, he was doing His Fathers will. He was reciting the 22nd Psalm. Read the whole psalm and you will understand.
