Guess what baby? We ALL drool in our sleep. Most of us swallow it reflexively in sleep and while awake and don't even realize it. Some don't. As long as your teeth and gums are healthy you are probably just producing a normal amount of saliva, and just failing to swallow reflexively. Antihistamines can dry you up a bit, reduce the amount of saliva you produce, but then you end up with a dry mouth and a whole new set of problems. Suggest you sleep on your side, and put a nice fluffy soft towel on your pillow and just stop obsessing about it.

A lot of people drool in their sleep. I really don't think that there is any treatment. The problem is probably because you sleep with your mouth open.
