Good question... the thing is when a woman goes on an on about herself, its because she's trying to persuade herself to believe she is beautiful. Most likely she has low self esteem but just won't admit it....
Men really don't get complimented as much as they should. I try to remember that they like it too, so this girl doesn't need hints to know he'd like to be told how good lookin/handsome he is!
we all have insecurities, just give people the benefit of the doubt, it will show people alot... actions speak louder than words!

Bull...when a girls is that conceited...they hear about it. That is rare if your girl doesn't. No one is use to people with great self esteem. Most people have low self esteem. So when we hear someone who actually loves themselves, we insult, we see it as a bad thing rather than a good thing. Yes, it's wrong, but that's what I know.

No one likes a bragger,and besides that a beautiful woman is a WHOLE lot more fun to look at! It is ok to look your best,yet not to be over zelous about it.

I think its because men are not sopose to be like girls and talk about how good they look and stuff like that I dont know why but somethings are just stuped like that. But hey you can tell me you look good and if you do i'll be happy to hear you brag about yourself and some ;)

Hmmm. We ought to swap friends. I seem to be surrounded by guys checking themselves out the whole time and talking about their beautiful hair, sharp clothes, smooth skin, lack of grey hair, six pack stomach....and on and on and on and on...

its human nature, just don't agree with them and that kills them, remember they lack self esteem so by saying how good looking they are it comforts them, don't stress, if you are hot they will say it.
