a guy more often than not doesnt report rapes...women are more likely to speak up though even then not all rapes are spoken up about, because of the ridicule you go through in court.
Men generally dont report them for the same reason they dont report domestic abuse out of fear of the macho image or because they are genuinely scared of what will happen when people find out.
