Some one told me 1 avocado in the morning and a banna for lunch and then a big meal at dinner (not to late) is a good diet plus it's good for your metabolism, but i thought too many avocados are bad for you... any diet or health experts out there?

They are high in nutrients but high in fat. Try the California Avocado that is less fat then regular ones and they are about 3 times the size of a regular avocado.

Yeah they are good but I heard they are high in cholestorol. So you might want to limit them. I love avacadoes.

maybe to much guacomle would be bad, but i dont think avacodo's in general would be bad
