I would not use the word, "most." A lot, yes, because they are inadequate personalities who have a career and are scared out of their incompetent selves to upset the apple cart. These people know who they are and they are "bland," "plain" and "square." Not necessarily mentally ill. You will find many of these in management jobs, particularly in government service such as welfare, probation and child protective service agencies. The absolute mediocre get the top posts because they are non threatening to the boards of supervisors and they will PC step their way to retiree

There are some white people who are jerks just like the rest of Homo-Sapiens, But the most white people I know tend to solve negative problems just like the rest of us.
Some of the White people that I would not take a crap on, I have white buddies who would take a crap on them.
